why aren't these people being charged for crimes? The evidence was submitted that the president broke laws before and after the election.

note that are only two papers in the USA that will go after stories like this. Again the NYT hated Clintons forever.
Very similar to the times when no paper would print about Nixon corruption though most knew about it.
where all papers went after clinton for even a land deal where he lost money. and again 8 years of investigations and not one grand jury indictment by Starr and supreme idiots who are ultra-partisan right-wingers.
This investigation was run by a life long republican.

if you have nothing to hide why is Bar hiding the report from congress.... because there was criminal collusion. and obstruction of justice. Just with what we know of manafort alone, again when he plead guilty and agreed to give all info and he hides the meeting in Spain with the KGB, well we know why, he loses his pardon.
Again a proper non life long investigator would have put him in jail to rot till he gave the goods for contempt of a grand jury.
Could have done this with trumps kids too.
