What else would you expect from a leftist insurance organization that was a big advocate of Obamacare. |

Wow, I heard that Obama doesn't like it either, I think that alone might require a new thread. |

The AMA initially fought the ACA and they are against this new plan. The AMA is a pretty conservative organization. And AARP was pretty cautious about the ACA during the initial legislation due to the embedded Medicare cuts. Where do you get the information that they were a "big" advocate? |

I was a member for maybe 14 years or so, and their monthly publication seemed to stray too far to the left. I am no longer a member.
Their primary focus was to sell insurance and that also turned me off.
Just google "AARP political agenda" and you will see why I feel the way I do. |

Techno, Exactly right. Millions, including the Gybes, dropped their memberships not only because of AARP's endorsement of Obamacare, but also because the clear conflict of interest in their peddling of health insurance products. They are not a trustworthy source. |

One more doctor out...
Another associate of my wife's announced his early retirement yesterday. He stood up and told the staff he wouldn't go through another re-tooling. BTW he hated the ACA. |

Trumps bowling and listening, hopefully he will invite some level headed dems and listen to their ideas also. I personally just want something that works and is sustainable. I'm not interested in spite just a fix. |
