Yes very open ended where IQ30 claimed to be the decider which he is not.
Is the general welfare only making sure we have occupational safety and such? vs letting a state make the decision? Is welfare education? (ya I know right now the majority of right wingers believe higher education, in general, is a waste of money, that the dumbest nations in the world are the model for them)
funding for new medical cures, new drugs and so on is that the welfare?
