I could use some help identifying these strange objects in my garage. They seem oddly familiar to me. They are about 8 feet long, have these strange padded handles on them (like for grabbing or putting your feet in) and also have a sharp protruding object placed towards the back. They’ve got some neat details on them and look like they could float, I just can’t for the life of me remember what they’re used for? Looking at them gives me a sense of longing but I just can’t remember what their purpose is… Any ideas?

Pictures please Very Happy

You must be here in the north east. I have some similar objects hanging around. I'm planning to throw them all in the van in ~3 weeks and drive them south!

"Go west young man!" Keep looking for something rolled up near those objects that you can see thru and when you unroll it, you will see more cool designs....I did not see wind on the checklist???

On another topic, is there any good windsurfing near Hilton Head, South Carolina? Visiting from San Fran...the season there is just getting started and we're all stoked to start the shreddin!

Search for "Hilton and Head" here http://www.iwindsurf.com/forums/search.php?mode=results

Hilton Head is discussed from time to time. My dad lives there and I've visited in early spring numerous times; never regretted not having my gear.
