Looking to get a light wind board that I can also use for foiling. I am thinking something in the 120/130 liter range with a foil ready fin box. Any suggestions?

Fin box integrity is the main problem with using a windsurfing board for foiling, unless you already have a Slab Formula, which still does require some reinforcement after a dozen days of foiling.
That 100 cm long "mast", which is vertical fin part, gives lots of leverage.
Probably better to buy a used light wind slalom board, reinforce the box with wooden "spider" legs, in addition to normal wood wrap around the sides of the box.

If you're willing to buy new, some of the newer slalom boards are sold as "foil ready", so I'd go with one of those. The German Surf magazine has a big foil test in the current issue. They suggest boards that are more than 80 cm wide for beginning foilers; narrower boards work for experts, but make learning harder. The larger RRD XFire V9s apparently have foil-ready tuttle boxes. They say the 114 (70 cm wide) is too narrow for beginners, but the 122 (82 cm) should work.

One board they says makes getting started with foiling easy, and also works for "normal" windsurfing, is the Startboard Move MKII 5,7. It's huge, though, 95 cm wide.

I think Antoine Albeau suggested to get an old formula board (90-95 cm) and to use it as is, without strengthening the fin box. If the box breaks, you can reinforce it during the repair, but it may not break. Check the "Idiots Guide to Foiling" video at https://youtu.be/fRl5yGJFhX8

Sling Shot makes a windsurf foil board. They offer foil options. The best one for learning is about 1,000 bucks. For and extra 160 you can get the flight school option. Its a short, med. and long foil mast. it is suppose to make learning less "WET" Naish has a system also...
