Hi all

I am new to New Hampshire but want to windsurf bad! Looking for 15 mph and up, bump and jump, waves, and sometimes just windy lake conditions. I live near Milford NH, and would love to get some tips of where to go.

Also, other than the forecasts on iwindsurf, how do you guys decide when it is time to call in sick and head out???

On Cape Cod, where are the best spots?

Gale Ave on winisquam lake is great with a nw wind also in front of the Nuke plant at salsberry beach with a west wind, low tide has really flat water conditions. you really only sail to just before high tide then exit so you don't get sucked out. Can be a little tricky to sail. See some locals. I go to lakeviwe in Dracut MA on a s or sw wind, can be really steady wind there. if your willing to drive pleasure bay down by Boston is good with a sw wind but you have to go after labor day. Summer is closed to windsurfers and kites. Ive been to nahant beach area also good on a westerly.

Lake Sunapee is great on a S, SW days. The access point is from Soo-Nipi Park Rd. A little hard to find. It is private but deeded for public access. Really nice spot. Same place where Kitewing.com folks hang in winter.

Andrei.
