This is one of the main things that got this entire "Trump needs to be impeached" ball rolling. This is also interfering with our elections by Comey, Brennan, Clapper, and their boss. Not really all that different than the same interference that's currently going on with this phony impeachment.
It's falling apart, history will look back on these days as a very dark period in our history. |
no moron it was Carter page bragging to a assistant ambassuidor to australia he had access to illegally gotten DNC hacked emails to interfere with the election from his comrads the russians who were paying him.

Quote: | WASHINGTON — During a night of heavy drinking at an upscale London bar in May 2016, George Papadopoulos, a young foreign policy adviser to the Trump campaign, made a startling revelation to Australia’s top diplomat in Britain: Russia had political dirt on Hillary Clinton.
About three weeks earlier, Mr. Papadopoulos had been told that Moscow had thousands of emails that would embarrass Mrs. Clinton, apparently stolen in an effort to try to damage her campaign.
Exactly how much Mr. Papadopoulos said that night at the Kensington Wine Rooms with the Australian, Alexander Downer, is unclear. But two months later, when leaked Democratic emails began appearing online, Australian officials passed the information about Mr. Papadopoulos to their American counterparts, according to four current and former American and foreign officials with direct knowledge of the Australians’ role.
The hacking and the revelation that a member of the Trump campaign may have had inside information about it were driving factors that led the F.B.I. to open an investigation in July 2016 into Russia’s attempts to disrupt the election and whether any of President Trump’s associates conspired. |

The stooges are at it again. Fantasizing that there was no reason to investigate the Trump campaign--which is not what the IG report said. Pretending that your limited attention span is dispositive of the criminal behavior of the entire Trump administration in impounding money to solicit foreign intervention in the 2020 election.
Here are a few simple facts. First, the Democrats in the House have enough integrity to impeach Trump for abusing his office, whether it rebounds to their political benefit or not. I know politics and leadership well enough to know that in order to lead, sometimes you must take on losing battles.
Second, the House managers, and especially Adam Schiff, are talented enough--and honest enough, to have affected the public's perception of Trump's crimes. Now 66% of the public want to hear witnesses--including a whole lot of Republicans. McConnell has already been shut down in efforts to prevent that, and some sitting Senators realize (and McConnell is smart enough to know), that they could lose the Senate over this.
So what do stooges do when they don't have an argument? Post funny pictures, post diversions, and call names. Have at it. |

Conservative Columnist Nails ‘Inescapable Reality’ Donald Trump’s Lawyers Can’t Avoid
Max Boot bashed Trump’s impeachment trial defense team in a new Washington Post column. They’ve “played a bad hand badly,” he wrote.
Quote: | Conservative columnist Max Boot delivered a scathing critique of the lawyers who are defending Donald Trump in the Senate impeachment trial over the president’s Ukraine misconduct in a new editorial for The Washington Post.
Boot, who quit the GOP soon after Trump’s election and has been a vocal critic of the president ever since, wrote in a column published Wednesday that Democrats in the trial have so far had “not only the stronger arguments but also the stronger arguers.”

Trump’s lawyers have “played a bad hand badly,” he said, before explaining the “inescapable reality” that they face.
Namely, “that their client is guilty as sin.”
Boot fact-checked the Trump defenders’ false claims during the trial, then said it “should be no surprise that the lawyers representing a president who has made more than 16,241 false statements since taking office should resort to their own lies.”
“The Trump team will win an acquittal in the Senate no matter how badly they argue but, on the present trajectory, they won’t win in the court of public opinion,” he concluded. |

Trump was fine dealing with the prior head of Ukraine—the crook. But to do his drug deal, he had to get rid of anyone with integrity.
The most corrupt president of all time—or as they call him now, BLOTUS—biggest liar of the United States.
The tape involves a conversation that Trump had with Lev Parnas—who he has lied and said he doesn’t know.
