Is Heugenot Park in Jacksonville still a viable place for windsurfing or is it dominated by kitesurfers? I'm looking for places to sail in north Florida. Heugenot looks great but I'd rather avoid any dangerous "entanglements" with the kites, especially if there are a lot of beginners. Don't mind sharing the water but not comfortable sailing with large numbers of kiters in close proximity.
