In the East Coast Pro/Human Text forecast and maybe elsewhere here, the words/terminology used by different forecasters varies and has no EASY clear reference to actual wind strength. So I have to read through the whole thing, decipher the grammar, and look around for 10-20 or 5-15 or 10-28 and clarification about mph or knots per hour.
There is an international standard for wind terminology, if you must use words- the Beaufort Scale. But I'd really prefer "12-22mph and gusty with a 55% level of confidence".

For example: Forecasters here often use the words "modest" and "moderate". "Modest" means "unassuming or moderate in the estimation of one's abilities or achievements" which has more to do with my performance on the water. "Moderate" on the Beaufort Scale means 13–18 mph or 11–16 knots, but rarely that on Iwindsurf.
Can you please go back to "12-22mph and gusty with a 55% level of confidence". Then use the standard Beaufort terminology. I'm happy to read all the background information and explanation you provide. But I'd like to start with the clear numerical wind expectation.
