Will the Streamlined tendon fit in the Chinook stainless steel Euro Pin base?

Think you mean theSTREAMLINED Euro Pin tendon version ( into the Chinook Euro Pin extension)
Yes.
The incompatibility arises when you try to fit the Streamlined quick lock separates into a Chinook 2 bolt base, or vice versa.

I believe you have to drill out the holes a little bigger as the Streamline bolts are a little thinner than Chinook.

I think the holes are not the same distance from the top(bottom) too. The tendon doesn't sit in the base as low as the chinook one would.

Could it be re-crossdrilled to make it fit?

Look at link. The black tendon is a Chinook, the other is a Streamlined.
The Streamlined HOLES are 1mm ,+ or - a RCH, larger.
Other than that the holes line up, the length , while not critical , looks spot on.
To fit the Chinook one would need to make the hole 1mm larger in diameter,OR, use a smaller bolt.
OR get the Chinook one, and carry on.
