right winger Lisa Page apparently pushed to have Hillary charged in the use of a personal server investigation.

but only one had been charged with such an offense in 99 years. and again the FBI did leak this information before the election and nothing about trumps collusion was leaked before the election.

ya and when was involved investigating trump later was shocked about the lies and dealing with russia made her even sicker.

At another point, Page said: 'We had multiple conversations with the Justice Department about bringing a gross negligence charge. And that's, as I said, the advice that we got from the Department was that they did not think that it was constitutionally vague and not sustainable.'

Peter Paul Strzok II was born at the Kincheloe AFB Hospital near Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, to Peter Paul Strzok and Virginia Sue Harris.[1] His father was a longtime member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.[18] One of Strzok's uncles is Father James Strzok, SJ, a Jesuit priest doing missionary work in east Africa.[19] The Strzok family hails from Poland. For high school, Strzok attended St. John's Preparatory School in Minnesota, graduating in 1987.[20] He earned a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University in 1991 as well as a master's degree in 2013.[21][22] After graduating from Georgetown in 1991, Strzok served as an officer in the United States Army before leaving to join the FBI in 1996 as an intelligence research specialist.[8][23] Strzok is married to Melissa Hodgman, an associate director at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.[24][25][26]

FBI
A career employee with the FBI for 22 years before his firing in August 2018,[27] Strzok had been a lead agent in the FBI's "Operation Ghost Stories" against Andrey Bezrukov and Yelena Vavilova, a Russian spy couple who were part of the Illegals Program, a network of Russian sleeper agents who were arrested in 2010.[28] By July 2015, Strzok was serving as the section chief of the Counterespionage Section, a subordinate section of the FBI's Counterintelligence Division.[4]

He led a team of a dozen investigators during the FBI's investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a personal email server and assisted in the drafting of public statements for then-FBI Director James Comey.[29] He changed the description of Clinton's actions from "grossly negligent", which could be a criminal offense, to "extremely careless".[4] The draft was reviewed and corrected by several people and its creation was a team process. In his statement to Congress, Comey said that "no reasonable prosecutor" would bring charges based on available evidence.[4] Later, when additional emails were discovered a few days before the election, Strzok supported reopening the Clinton investigation.[30] He then co-wrote the letter[31] that Comey used to inform Congress, which "reignited the email controversy in the final days" and "played a key role in a controversial FBI decision that upended Hillary Clinton's campaign."[30]

note the section I highlighted... as i have said for years every enforcement agency in the USA is ultra right wing. The military is for officers about 9-1. Defense contractors and suppliers too, if you are a liberal they will not hire you.

https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2019/7/5/1869641/-Border-Patrol-and-Homeland-Security-have-known-about-its-racist-Facebook-group-of-agents-for-years?detail=emaildkre

Border Patrol and Homeland Security have known about their racist Facebook group of agents for years

Quote:
About that immediate investigation promised by the Department of Homeland Security's acting chief, Kevin McAleenan, into the thousands of Border Patrol agents participating in a Facebook group that posts racist and obscene material? Turns out Border Patrol has known about its existence as far back as 2016, and has been letting it go.

Agents concerned about the photos that "show agents engaging in conduct that includes simulating sex acts and taking selfies while defecating" in social media posts alerted officials as long as three years ago, a current Homeland Security official tells Politico. A former DHS official confirmed that he knew about the Facebook posts for the past year. "Staffers in CBP's public affairs office monitored the Facebook group over the past year 'as a source of intelligence' to see 'what people are talking about,' according to the former DHS official," Ted Hesson and Cristiano Lima report.

"We were not talking about [the Facebook group] '10-15' as a liability or an asset or as an item of concern," the former official added. "10-15" is the code Border Patrol agents use internally to indicate "aliens in custody." In other words, the derogatory postings were just the boys of Border Patrol being boys, and their posts have been used by staffers as "a source of intelligence" into "what people are talking about." Old images include some flagged in 2016 for then-Border Patrol chief Mark Morgan—who has just been tapped again as the acting chief—of an armed agent simulating sex with a training mannequin and another in which he's holding what looks like a human skull and smiling, captioned about the agent handling "a little human remains."

"Every single law enforcement agency has a group like this," said one former DHS official,
seemingly minimizing the activity of this group and missing the point that it's a problem for every single law enforcement agency to have these racist groups. Not all former officials were as sanguine in their assessment. "If you’re going to joke about dead Hispanic babies and raping members of Congress on Facebook in front of 9,500 of your colleagues," said one former DHS official, "what are you saying and doing in private?"

FBI agents are reluctant to pursue white nationalist extremists because they don't want to target Trump's base, former counterterrorism official says

A former FBI counterterrorism agent, Dave Gomez, told The Washington Post he thought that a fear of being seen as targeting President Donald Trump's base was muting the agency's response to violence by white nationalists.

"There's some reluctance among agents to bring forth an investigation that targets what the president perceives as his base," Gomez told the publication.

The comments followed an attack on Saturday by a gunman at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, that the FBI is treating as a domestic terrorism incident.

Investigators have said the gunman left a racist manifesto on the messaging board 8chan ahead of the attack.

FBI agents are hesitant to investigate white nationalist extremists because they don't want to be seen as pursuing investigations against President Donald Trump's base, a former FBI counterterrorism agent told The Washington Post.

The former agent, Dave Gomez, said he believes that FBI Director Christopher Wray "is an honorable man, but I think in many ways the FBI is hamstrung in trying to investigate the white supremacist movement like the old FBI would."

"There's some reluctance among agents to bring forth an investigation that targets what the president perceives as his base," Gomez said. "It's a no-win situation for the FBI agent or supervisor."

Lisa Page Sues FBI and the Justice Department for Leaking Her Texts With Peter Strzok

Quote:
Page also claims the officials who approved the disclosure, along with their allies, sought to use the texts to “promote the false narrative that Plaintiff and others at the FBI were biased against President Trump, had conspired to undermine him, and otherwise had engaged in allegedly criminal acts, including treason.” Page and Strzok’s texts were, indeed, a constant topic of conversation in conservative media, especially on the Fox News shows—like Sean Hannity’s—that most fervently boost Trump.

The inspector general ultimately found that Page's text messages were not “evidence of bias affecting any investigative decisions” in the Clinton email and Russia interference probes. Despite this, the lawsuit claims Page has been subject to constant public attacks from Trump-aligned lawmakers and officials two years after the texts were initially disclosed to the media.

“[T]he President has targeted Ms. Page by name in more than 40 tweets and dozens of interviews, press conferences, and statements from the White House, fueling unwanted media attention that has radically altered her day-to-day life,” the lawsuit reads.

ok inspctor generals report in and what did the president of the USA say about the FBI in his hate rally last night? listen to morning joe got the comment.

remember it was James Commey that was a several point gainer when the head of the FBI without permission went public only about Hillary and said he was re-starting the Hillary investigation which was against department rules to give trump the win with the russians assisting.

Never a leak much less the head of the FBI helping trump but not a leak about trump and his people colluding 200 times with rusians.

FBI Agents: McCabe Apologized for Changing His Story on Leak

Quote:
Former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe faced scorching criticism and potential criminal prosecution for changing his story about a conversation he had with a Wall Street Journal reporter. Now newly released interview transcripts show McCabe expressed remorse to internal FBI investigators when they pressed him on the about-face.

The FBI released the documents in response to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by the government watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW). They provide fresh details about the investigation into a leak to the Journal, McCabe's role in it, and the reaction of agents who investigated it.

In the final weeks of the 2016 presidential campaign, the Journal broke news about an FBI investigation involving then-candidate Hillary Clinton, describing internal discussions among senior FBI officials.

Emails Show McCabe Scrambling to Handle Stories About Hillary Probe

The apparent leak drew scrutiny from the bureau’s internal investigation team, which interviewed McCabe on May 9, 2017, the day President Donald Trump fired James Comey from his post as FBI director. The agents interviewed him as part of an investigation regarding a different media leak to the online publication Circa, and also asked him about the Journal story.

The Wall Street Journal published on October 20, 2016, an account of Justice Department and FBI internal deliberations regarding an investigation of the Clinton Foundation that began in 2015. Four FBI field offices — New York, Los Angeles, Washington and Little Rock — were pursuing the investigation, with some field agents advocating that it be aggressively continued, while some supervisors and prosecutors believed there was insufficient evidence and that the investigation was too expansive. In July 2016, McCabe decided that the New York FBI office would continue investigating, with assistance from Little Rock. The Journal reported that a senior Justice Department official called McCabe to express his disagreement with this decision, with McCabe reportedly asking, "Are you telling me that I need to shut down a validly predicated investigation?" to which the unnamed official replied, "Of course not."[38]

Justice Department is winding down Trump-requested Hillary investigation; guess what they found!

Quote:
The Washington Post:

A Justice Department inquiry launched more than two years ago to mollify conservatives clamoring for more investigations of Hillary Clinton has effectively ended with no tangible results, and current and former law enforcement officials said they never expected the effort to produce much of anything.

John Huber, the U.S. attorney in Utah, was tapped in November 2017 by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions to look into concerns raised by President Trump and his allies in Congress that the FBI had not fully pursued cases of possible corruption at the Clinton Foundation and during Clinton’s time as secretary of state, when the U.S. government decided not to block the sale of a company called Uranium One.

As a part of his review, Huber examined documents and conferred with federal law enforcement officials in Little Rock who were handling a meandering probe into the Clinton Foundation, people familiar with the matter said. Current and former officials said that Huber has largely finished and found nothing worth pursuing — though the assignment has not formally ended and no official notice has been sent to the Justice Department or to lawmakers, these people said.

Shocking! Who could have predicted yet another politically motivated probe of Hillary Clinton would produce … nothing? Except pretty much everyone reading this, that is.

So after 25 years of intense, persistent, and often unhinged scrutiny of Hillary Clinton, conservatives found out … that her husband got a blow job from an intern.

Am I missing anything?

Say, maybe it’s time for yet another Benghazi investigation. Republicans do those more often than they get colonoscopies. They’re way behind schedule, right?

SHOCKING NEWS!!!!!!! Hillary is found innocent in the Uranium One deal by the DOJ.

Shocking, not shocking, the DOJ ended their investigation in to Hillary’s involvement in the Uranium One Deal and could find no wrong doing

Funny you should ask that. The foreign governments and other special interest groups that donated tens of millions to the Clinton Foundation while HRC was SOS and a shoo in for the Presidency are asking the same thing. Clinton Foundation donations down 90% now she has no sway over government largesse. Her speaking fees down by similar percentages. Nothing to see here.
