I know it's a Costco size box of tissue, but take it easy on the consumption. Those tissues are made from trees. _________________ The universe is made up of proton, neutrons, electrons, and morons. |

If you fear that by returning to your home country or last country of residence you will be subject to persecution or severe penalties due to race, membership in a social group, religion, nationality, ethnicity, or political opinions, you may be eligible to apply for asylum or refugee status in the United States. Refugee or asylum status allows you to remain in the United States in order to avoid unfair or unreasonable persecution abroad. You can apply for asylum in the United States at any port of entry, such as a border crossing, airport, or sea port. |

Not my job to interpret; that power belongs to the courts. Something Sessions, Trump, and Matty are gnashing their teeth about. If you think it gives them power to do what they are trying to do, do some research and make your case. |

You really are pretty stupid. There is a process for assessing the validity of an asylum claim. Depending on the location of the immigration court, the facts, and whether or not there is legal representation, asylum may be granted. In New York, about 75% of cases are granted, in Atlanta, about 90% are denied.

Sessions and Trump have tried to prevent claims from being tested. The citation I gave this morning was for ICE to have sent a claimant back—while her claim was in court.
You are not entitled to your own set of facts that are rooted in Info wars or Trump tweets, not in realitry. |

Good thinking Matty, you are always full of great thoughts. Punish the children. Maybe the government should smack around your kids a few times because you trash decent people on the internet with profane insults. |
