Everyone has that problem.
Depending on your skills of each, it can take from a few runs to a few days to completely feel comfortable.

Once you are used to foiling, there is little desire to return to regular windsurfing...gorge foilers use 3.7s or there abouts when the wind is blowing hard

I enjoy the foil but I will switch to windsurfing as soon as I can. I like the feel/sensation of the board on the water.
