Courts? In every day, one of the stooges demonstrates their deep lack of knowledge of facts and civics.

Carry on. We know you would fail a poll test.
If it goes to the Senate, that is conducted like a court, the Senate will require that the accused face his accuser, the factious whistleblower, just like in any civil or criminal trial. Nobody can get convicted for any kind of crime if charged by somebody that remains anonymous, this isn't Russia or China, that throws juris prudence out the window.
Good luck with that, and quit trying to be smart, you're just a biased tool showing your lack of legal understanding.

My god, are you really this stupid? Whistle-blower laws have been around since the early days of our country, and the current one protects the identity of the person.

You really are this stupid.

Name one person that has been ruled guilty of a crime due purely to an anonymous "witness" in this country in modern times, it doesn't happen. There is no whistle-blower protection in a court, only during an investigation. It is that anonymous "witness" that started the latest attempt for impeachment after the other attempts have failed. I'll repeat, the accused has a constitutional right to face his accuser in court, a Senate trial is called a "trial" for a reason.
BTW, are you sure you're not Dean? You sound very immature just like him.
.

Obviously you are either this stupid, or just repeating talking points that you don't understand. But I'll spell it out for you.

1. An impeachment is not a criminal trial. When Trump is impeached, his accuser is not the whistle blower, it is the majority in the House. The only thing that the whistle blower did is start the investigation--for which you seem to understand that he or she has a right of anonymity.

2. The whistle-blower did not have, or claim to have, first hand knowledge of Trump's crimes. However, 17 witnesses have attested to Trump's crimes. Those are the accusers that Trump and his enablers have a right to cross-examination, and the GOP has tried.

3. Twelve Trump political appointees who have defied Congressional subpoenas, an action completely without precedent in US History. The refusal of the Executive Branch to cooperate, or even participate, in Congressional oversight is a grave threat to our system of government. It would make of Trump a king--immune from the oversight established by the Constitution. It is a crime even worse than helping Russia for personal gain. If Republicans enable this they should all be thrown out of office.

Isn’t it interesting how the three stooges can repost Koch brother talking points and images—but are ignorant of the damage done by coal and oil.

The Twittersphere is lighting up with pissed off older men mocking the young lady. I think the TIME person of the year is a joke in general, but I wouldn't mock a young teenager's passion for an important subject...

on cue today, like Pavlov:

So ridiculous. Greta must work on her Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Greta, Chill! https://t.co/M8ZtS8okzE
