A decade of NASA and NOAA data show increased global warming, with claims that it's due to increased greenhouse gasses. It lists three such gasses it blames on cars or Trump or the GOP or cows or whatever, without even mentioning by far THE single biggest contributor to GW: water vapor.
Water vapor represents around 80 percent of total greenhouse gas mass in the atmosphere and 90 percent of greenhouse gas volume. Water vapor, including clouds, account for 66 to 85 percent of the greenhouse effect, compared to a range of 9 to 26 percent for CO2. IOW, WV warms the planet 3 to 10 times as much as CO2 does. If that isn't proof that Saikat Chakrabarti, AOC's chief of staff, was right when he publicly admitted [sorry, mac, but the admission, in full context, was deliberately made in front of media cameras] that AOC's AGWA and CO2 dependence schtick is driven purely by politics rather than science, what is? Next they'll be outlawing and/or taxing breathing, the oceans, waterfalls, green plants, etc. |

The other 1/2 of the story:
“This new data set shows that as surface temperature increases, so does atmospheric humidity,” Dessler said. “Dumping greenhouse gases into the atmosphere makes the atmosphere more humid. And since water vapor is itself a greenhouse gas, the increase in humidity amplifies the warming from carbon dioxide."
Specifically, the team found that if Earth warms 1.8 degrees Fahrenheit, the associated increase in water vapor will trap an extra 2 Watts of energy per square meter (about 11 square feet).
"That number may not sound like much, but add up all of that energy over the entire Earth surface and you find that water vapor is trapping a lot of energy," Dessler said. "We now think the water vapor feedback is extraordinarily strong, capable of doubling the warming due to carbon dioxide alone."

In a letter, Thacker's editor attempted to defend his reporting which Carroll characterized as "anti-industry," "liberal," and "muckraking." [11] Thacker later wrote in the SEJournal that executives at the American Chemical Society receive bonuses based on the profitability of the society's publishing division. These bonuses are approved by the Committee on Executive Compensation which was chaired by Bill Carrol. [12]
The University of California reports that ACS does not provide financial transparency for its executive compensation.[13]

As for substance, this is a disingenuous argument. Indeed, increased water vapor--AKA clouds--is one of the mechanisms that can reduce solar energy reaching the planet. Yes, water vapor is a greenhouse gas, but it does not have the same effect as CO2 or methane. Would the petroleum industry mislead us on this question? Would Isobars swallow it whole?

| It will be interesting to see what happens with Brady , I think he can still play but needs some talent around him..... Should be a great SB two very good teams....toss up IMO.. |
