Isn't Erath a wineery? https://www.wine.com/product/erath-pinot-noir-2015/190535?state=CA&s=GoogleBase_CSE_&cid=GoogleBase_CSE_190535_1944&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=PRODUCT%20GROUP&utm_campaign=Google_Shopping_CA_Beta&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI957KsPDU3QIVgX1-Ch3AygHeEAQYASABEgKWAPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

You're much better off pointing out typos than trying to defend what Dems have done and are doing today to our democracy. Disgusting , shameful , banana republic tactics.

Actually it goes back to medieval times and the inquisition, back when all that was needed is to be charged with a crime
or blasphemy, and it was up to the charged to prove his innocence.

The seriousness of the charge, has to be accompanied with the seriousness of the evidence.

Hmmm. Well the nomrainating President, a Republican, ordered the FBI investigation and the Senate was controlled by Democrats and Thomas was confirmed.

Then in an unprecedented action...yes unprecedented...(Matty do your homework rather than regurgitate right wing talking points) McConnel derails Obama's moderate choice (Obama picked someone praised by leading GOP...Garland..)

So, the GOP picked a political hack not up to the job with a chink in his armor.

Personally, there is always too much at stake when a court leans too far left or too far right and I don't have a problem with those who use legitimate reasons to derail a nomination in an attempt to maintain a balanced court. There's enough here to take a look. Just as there was with Thomas. Thomas was confirmed....let Kavanaugh have his day.

BTW, Matty. You are aware that there was a corroborating witness to Hill's testimony? Both the Democrats and the Repubs agreed not to call her. The bottom line was that Thomas would get the confirmation regardless.

So, are you saying the Libs are scum for fighting Thomas's confirmation or letting it happen?

Complete scum, and no surprise you would defend them...

The garland situation was unique and the man was not accused of SEX CRIMES and would not have his name tarnished for life..... disgusting!!!!

Your opinion of Kavanaugh is beyond ignorant....Political Hack??????

Maybe you should do your homework and stop regurgitating left wing BS.

Yes, hack... Take a look at his work on the Clinton Impeachment. WARNING: it requires reading. Kav insisted on releasing the gory details to the public, against Starr's better judgement....He also supported Dubya's pick of Harriet Meyers for SCOTUS!!! R U kidding me.... Kav is being nominated because he is quite political, and a huge ally to the Republican party if things get dicey next year for tRump.....
We can do better than a drunk preppy groper..... much better...

Bottom line...the left could not hurt him in the nomination , vetting process so they resorted to sleaze ball banana republic tactics.
If he's as bad as you say why the gutter tactics????????

Are you seriously going to defend Clinton and his disgusting behavior? which was current at the time not 36 fucking years old... bad comparison.

And what nominee is not political????? Obamas two picks that met almost ZERO resistance are as far left as you can get.
