although the ski setup in the video seems to be better. (i do have some obsolete skis as well)

the biggest challenge is deeper snow
(let's say over 4+ inches)

that's where kites win

as i do more BAF than maneuver,
this is my preferred low snow setup
(often without the blue snowboard extension )
