Some nice low prices: https://www.sailworks.com/the-gear/used-gear/used-sails.html

And another source for low cost sails: https://progressivesports.com/windsurf?cat=173

Scroll down some and check out those 2015 prices: https://www.mauisails.com/shop

Anyone have links to similar resources?

I recently wanted a Sailworks Retro 7.0, but won't use that size often enough to justify buying a new one. I browsed sources such as Sailworks, Big Winds, Windance, online classifieds such as this one and Craigslist, etc. Got lucky; found a virtually new 2018 (it was very difficult to tell it had been used once or twice) in their best (IMO) color scheme and it happened to be the best price I could find even going back to 2015. I came THIS CLOSE to overlooking it.

Who knows? Maybe I'll decide to sell it after a couple of rides in the spring; it's a gamble. If so, its resale value should be excellent, given their renowned performance, its primo condition, and its blinding and beautiful red and white color scheme.

Just as with everything else in this and other sports, diligent digging often pays off big time. You're on the right track, as long as you don't fall into the same trap most of us did: buying up lots of stuff before knowing a LOT about what we really wanted. I've justified (or so I thought) buying a number of boards and sails (even complete rigs) I never even used by getting ahead of my learning curve and/or understanding my priorities. Beware.
