I wanted to let everyone know about the excellent customer service that I received from Alex at Slingshot. Initial contact with Alex was about questions on a new board. His advice was quick and spot on. Recently I had an issue with one of their products that he didn't really need to take care of but he did. Tony, Jeff, if you monitor this forum you should give Alex a raise, he's the type of people that every business, and customer, can benefit from. |

How did you contact Alex? If they are monitoring I have a question.
Being lazy and not wanting to rig another sail. I’ve been trying to swap out wings. So, on a 3.7 and an H11. Too much lift in the gusts. Would have needed a 3.2.
Swap out the H11 for an H4. Slog in the lulls. Would have needed a 4.2.
Doesn’t seem to be a half meter step down in lift.
How does one manage this? |

Maybe..more outhaul and downhaul when overpowered?
Less outhaul and downhaul when underpowered?
Mast track more forward when overpowered?
Track back when underpowered?
Add weight? Subtract weight?
Lower boom when overpowered?
Longer harness lines when overpowered? |

I was the one who started that thread.
So, you call the rider hotline number and get a recorded messsge. “If you know your party’s extension .. yada yada. Back to my original question, how do you talk to a knowledgeable person at Slingshot? |

Btw the H11 is a joy to ride. Just don’t overpower it. |

Given my poor experience with their CS, I'd like to know how you get through to someone. |

Just keep dialing the 877 775 4832 until someone answers.
The Infinity 76 is more than a joy to ride. It’s a redefines what is possible. |
