I weighing it at 165. Can foil pretty good but have issues with having to keep way forward to hold a level flight. Was told to shim the front of the back wing slightly up. That made a big difference. Now I can get back in the straps pressure my front leg and keep a level flight. Didn't seem to effect early take off. I guess that's why Naish foils have a adjustable rear wings...

Wondering if someone can chime in on my foil position. (My slingshot doesn't have any A, B, C markings on it that I can find.)
I think this is the 'C' setting - correct?
Thanks
Joe

Is that the long fuselage and 84cm wing? If so, I could not make the 84cm front wing and 48cm rear wing work with the long fuselage. I needed to get the small fuselage or use the 42 cm rear wing.
When using the 84cm front, 48cm rear and short fuselage I had to switch the fuse so that the front wing was in most forward position (ie furthest from the foil mast).
This is all for windsurfing, suping would be a different set up

This is my preferred set up for the 84cm/48cm combo and short fuselage

Yes, this thread is a treasure trove of info for foil setup and adjustment. Thanks to all for contributing! Can't wait to get back on the water again.

I can't help but to wonder where we would be with this if we all started foiling in 1980.....maybe windsurfing would be the new thing
