Foil Jibing - what is your preferred technique?

Getting the stuff in and out of the water is an issue. Weight is and issue until you get it all in the water. I use way less energy foiling in lite winds than windsurfing in the same. Mostly I only need to up haul once, on a much smaller sail, in the wind shadow near the shore. Pretty much got the water starts working without kicking the foil. Because the ride on the foil is so smooth my knees and back don't get beat up. Some might call that boring. I call it a game changer. My low and high wind range foiling is getting better for a given sail size each time I go out. The cool thing is if it does get windy I can plug my sail into favorite smooth riding 3s and go windsurfing...

i got a 3s 86 waiting in the garage.
It appears 5.0 is maxes out foiling at 19 gusts. But the 3s needs 15-22 for fun. Bit of gray area.
Naish foil doesn't love waterstart winds. Right at the max when it occurs.
For me, I can handle landing 5' jumps, but constant little adjustments wear me down more.
