These are common length screws, about 1 inch and 1/8 , 1 and just under 1 inch. The anti twist devices go under the strap, top ones the other 2 inside the strap under the screw.

I just bought the footstraps thinking it would come with everything.
Do I need an anti twist as well?

It's ridiculous that the straps didn't come with the hardware. I'd definitely reach out to the strap manufacturer to complain.

I've used machine screws many a time, and they've always seemed to work. But, the proper screws are actually designed for thermoplastics. I've never seen these screws for thermoplastics in any brick and mortar store. McMaster has some called plastite screws, but they have a "triangular shank" that don't look exactly any footstrap screws I've used.

And, given the quantities involved, you won't save much (if anything) buying from some other source. So, you might as well just order from windance (or just use machine screws). Anti-twist is not required, but then your straps might twist. :p

Because the screws are different lengths, the straps don’t come with screws.
Puzzle that the board didn’t have them.

If using the 4 screws per strap, I suggest stainless steel washers, local hardware. If using 2 screws , it would be wise to use some anti twist control.
Some straps are more prone to moving

I have the dakine primo. Looks like you can put a single or double insert. They've got 3 holes in each end so 2 screws? Shocked
Obviously a newbie question but do they really twist that much with 2 screws and washers?!

I would say try the 2 screws per end so 4 screws total per strap, and the washers.
If this doesn’t work , then get some anti twist device, ie DaKine
