Is it not a machine screw?
I seem to find they are M6 and 1 1/8" |

Machine screws need metal inserts and screw threads, and you have the board in front of you. |

Otherwise the special screws can be used instead? Kind of a swirl thread?
There are threaded holes already in the board
Do I need washers? Rubber, metal? |

Without knowing the length required I suggest the short version. These should be just under 1inch in length. You may be able to gauge length needed by thickness of the strap when the screw extended to the board , a 1/2 inch in to board then, you can measure this with a object that’s thinner than the hole, ie nail.
If you are inserting these in straps without any anti twist devise, a stainless steel washer inside the strap under the screw head would be advised. _________________ K4 fins
