Funny thing was on the fire dispatch report they listed it as a kitesurfer water rescue. I remember swimming in at least 1/4 mile when the wind suddenly died. Then, about 5' from the beach the lifeguard swims out and asks if I need any help. |

IMO, people who have no clue WTH they're talking about have no right to propose, codify, legislate, enforce, or adjudicate laws. Judges from local to federal courts have decided for my side in several cases in which I simply threw existing laws and facts right back in the oppositions' faces. In you guys' issue, it may help if you can determine on what LEGAL basis are these officious minions acting?
Oh, yes ... the Sammich Precedent, aka the CA-only ordinance titled "If the law doesn't say you CAN, you CAN'T". |
