here is the example she pulls the berni voters by being the first senator to call for impeachment. This is the issue that will motivate dems and independents to vote and cause trumps voters to begin McVeighing more.

A Quinnipiac University poll released today shows all Democratic candidates lead Donald Trump or are in a statistical dead heat in the swing state of Florida.
Joe Biden 50% Trump 41%
Bernie Sanders 48%, Trump 42%
Elizabeth Warren 47%, Trump 43%
Beto O’Rourke 45%, Trump 44%
Pete Buttigieg 44%, Trump 43%
Kamala Harris 45%, Trump 44%
Among Independent Florida voters, Sanders does the best, winning that group by 17% (51%-34%). But all the Democratic candidates beat Trump by at least 6% among Independents.
Quinnipiac follows other polls that show Trump in trouble in many battleground states. A leaked internal Republican poll from March showed Trump ahead in only 2 of 17 battleground states surveyed. |

Warren has a plan to impose accountability on unethical judges

She cites numerous instances of judges acting badly: Ninth Circuit Judge Alex Kozinski, who resigned after more than a dozen female law clerks detailed sexual misconduct allegations against him, and who gets his full taxpayer funded pension for life; Maryanne Trump Barry (yes, sister of that Trump) who resigned to end an investigation into the Trump family's potential tax fraud; Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas who did not recuse themselves from the Citizens United case despite their coziness—and all-expense paid retreats—with dark money masters the Kochs; Clarence Thomas's failure—over 13 years—to list the $690,000 in payments his wife has received from the Heritage Foundation in his financial disclosures. Then there's Kavanaugh, who demonstrably lied to Congress during his appellate and Supreme Court hearings and who had a whopping 83 ethics complaints lodged against him—all dismissed once he was confirmed.
Warrens’ plan involves changing the law to extend the Code of Conduct of United State Judges which other federal judges are bound by to the Supreme Court, where there is currently no procedure to file complaints—there's no recourse when justices refuse to recuse themselves from cases where they have conflicts. She would also strengthen the code to prevent judges from accepting all-expense-paid-trips and exorbitant speaking fees, but establishing "a modest fund to help cover reasonable expenses" to "ensure that judges continue to interact with the public without the appearance of impropriety."
Warren would also have investigations into judicial misconduct continue even after a judge is either promoted to the Supreme Court or resigns—cases are automatically dismissed now in either case. She would also allow the Judicial Conference and Judicial Councils, the ethics watchdog, the ability to strip taxpayer funded non-vested pensions from sitting or retired judges for serious misconduct. would love to hear warren dmand trump remove his NDAs from all he has done wrong with...
trump would never debate her because of this .. maybe she would bring in the people he has raped molested grabbed by the pussy like trump did about females hillary had nothing to do with.
Warren needed to be doing this from the beginning. when she was going after trump she surged in the polls. She did this against bloomy and it brought her poll numbers went good again, up in the polls again.

Look at the nevada caucus and the early caucus voters were nearly 50% who had never participated in their life before. That should scare the heck out of right-wingers.
I believe they need to bring another impeachment up for rape, obstruction of justice, campaign violations and treason and begin putting trump people who will not testify in jail. and do it right before the election with the premissis vote those senators out who are traitors supporting Putin.
