Yes, windsurfing is allowed but no overnight camping. They will close the park to parking on busy weekends. More information here;

 https://covid19.ca.gov/stay-home-except-for-essential-needs/

https://covid19.ca.gov/img/Executive-Order-N-33-20.pdf

In both charts, number of cases and number of deaths California is in the top 10 of US states.

Groups of bicyclists are prohibited, groups of windsurfers are not,neither are outdoor darts. It’s called use your brain, common sense.

The 6 foot rule , was devised as a measure, both in feet and condition where the contagion can travel.This doesn’t take into account that once released it can travel with the wind current much further. Wind , Rio Vista, get it.
Consider that, the restrooms are not sanitized , continuous .

I work in this field. We are still learning a lot. This disease is a perfect storm of hurt. Easily transmitted. Long incubation period. Long period of transmissability. High proportion asymptomatic. Its unproductive to compare it to anything else, the bodies piling up tell you its real. If we had done nothing, economy would be just as bad, pile would be 5X higher. No way no how can we let up until there is routine screening for health care workers and everybody else with a job with personal contact with the public.

In case:

And lastly, refrain from taking the POS virus home to your Granny, or someone else’s Granny Aunt , get it, who has heath issues , their immunity system already compromised.
My 2 bits, the Sacramento Parks link posted violated the governors executive order.

Well close to last, when traveling to the park, when you get gas, snacks etc, wash your hands. Or stay at home

That is some impressive off-roading there. I know we have some sketchy launches in the bay area, but this one requires commitment^2

If I remember, this sand bagged walkway is near adjacent to the to the little shed that serves as the pay your fee, it’s inside the Gate of the park. The area outside the park opposite Little Baja, is without a walk,or was last I was there.
I always thought the access was the oval area that has a sand beach, where most who park in the park entrance area. Where the sailboat was marooned.
But then who remembers.
