Hi Gang,
Check out all the coast sensors this morning at 8:40 AM from Lake Merced to past Half Moon Bay and you will see southerly coast winds. Meanwhile, the Half Moon Bay ocean buoy, about 12 miles from the coast is recording low 20's NW winds.
My forecast is based upon those strong NW winds wiping out the eddy you see in the satellite imagery below as the NNE winds aloft fade midday.
If I am right then almost every site in the greater Bay Area will blow. If I am wrong the coast will have weak winds, 3rd. Ave. will have crappy wind at the launch and Pt. Isabel and Sherman Island winds will be strong right to the beach and Pt. Isabel will not have the forecast fade.
Time will tell...

Yep, the eddy died as forecast so Waddell is blowing. 3rd. Ave. has good launch winds and the wind is reaching Pt. Isabel and Sherman Island has weak winds.
