I find windsurfing and windfoiling puts or strain on my legs than winffoiling.
Too bad my wingfoiling skills are soooooo...far behind. |

Only problem with knees was using a windsurf board with rough deck.
Once on a full pad wingboard, easy foiling, but hardly ever, even at 100+ days, wind where I am and when I'm out there.
I get twice as much wind when winDfoiling. |
