Jeff, our best guess now is that the hose clamps securing the boom
are becoming progressively looser. Thus, the boom is flopping about.
The patch is installed, but the boom has moved again thus negating
the patch. We will suppress the vane within the next 24hours until
the situation is stabilized. Meanwhile, the wind speed will continue
to be reported.
