Last year I read in windsurfing mag that they were opening up a concession to windsurf the ponds and that it would be ready this year. But, I never heard anything about it again.
Anyone know anything about it? Did it fall through? Was it just a tease, or a dream come true for fall/winter sailors here in so cal?

Check out www.pswindsurfing.com for details. Lack of rain in So. Cal has caused the opening delay.
I checked the spot out around 5 months ago and it was gusting to 53mph..Pray for rain!!! |

I hear ya man. A good 50 mph blow could quite possibly be the cure for the otherwise lame so cal
conditions. |
