I think it is possible to fix, but will be expensive. Probably around $150.
They will have to dig out the old inserts and put in new ones. |

Contact your local dealer. Bic has a fix for this problem. Your dealer should be able to give you the kit. Consists of new cars to go into the tracks and new footstrap screws.
