...the flood warning continues for the following rivers in north 
dakota...
 
  missouri river near williston affecting williams and mckenzie 
  counties 
for the missouri river basin including williston...minor flooding is 
occurring and is expected to continue.

. the missouri river near williston is coming off its last peak for 
the spring snowmelt season. water levels will fall below flood stage 
by late wednesday and continue to fall to near normal levels by the 
middle of july.

precautionary/preparedness actions...


safety message...do not drive into areas where water tops the 
roadway. turn around...don't drown. avoid driving on flooded roads.

the flood warning continues for
  the missouri river near williston.
* until late wednesday night.
* at 12:45 pm tuesday the stage was 22.4 feet.
* flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* forecast...the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by 
  tomorrow early afternoon.
* impact...at 22.0 feet...low-lying farmland and access roads to oil 
  well sites near trenton are flooded. city of williston does not 
  flood.

advisory for the menominee river...

  menominee river near kingsford and big quinnesec affecting 
  dickinson...florence and marinette counties
  

recent and expected additional rainfall continue to support high flows 
on area rivers and streams.

precautionary/preparedness actions...

caution is advised along riverbank. although below flood stage, flows are 
above normal and could be a hazard to boaters and other recreational 
interests along the river.

* at 4:10 pm tuesday the flow was 6974 cfs.
* impacts at 8000 cfs. flows at this rate downstream from the 
  kingsford dam may impact some shoreline structures.

  the menominee river near big quinnesec falls dam
* at 4:10 pm tuesday the flow was 7967 cfs.
* impacts at 10000 cfs. flow is fast.  property owners should protect
  shoreline equipment. 
* impacts at 5000 cfs. while flooding is not expected...rivers flows 
  are high or expected to increase. recreational interests should 
  monitor the river.  property owners adjacent to the river should 
  consider protecting shoreline equipment including docks piers and 
  boats.
