...conditions will slowly improve this morning...
although widespread fog and low clouds are expected to persist
through the remainder of the morning...visibilities will
gradually improve. expect widespread visibilities between a half
mile and one mile through the noon hour. there will also be areas
of dense fog and drizzle that may lower visibilities to a quarter
mile at times. low lying areas will be especially vulnerable for
the rest of the morning so allow extra travel time and be prepared
for lower visibilities in lower lying areas.
