* timing...winds and seas will subside to sub-advisory
conditions during the afternoon.
precautionary/preparedness actions...
a small craft advisory means that sustained wind speeds or
frequent gusts of 25 to 33 kt and/or seas of 5 ft or higher are

* timing...winds may slowly fall overnight...but will pick up
again for a short time tomorrow morning before slowly
diminishing through tomorrow afternoon.
