the national weather service in tampa bay ruskin has issued a
small craft advisory...which is in effect from 1 am to 4 pm est
wednesday.
* winds and waves: northwest winds will increase to 25 to 30 knots
with gusts up to gale force. these increasing winds will help to
build seas to 6 to 8 feet near shore and 9 to 11 feet offshore
which will make for very rough boating conditions for small
craft operators.
