all coastal waters. winds will become south 20 to 25 kt...with
gusts up to 40 kt this evening...and continue overnight.
* timing of strongest winds: between 11 pm this evening and 4 am
thursday.
* location of strongest winds: within 20 miles of the coast...and
over the oregon coastal waters.
* seas: 10 to 13 ft today into this evening. but with increased
winds...wind driven choppy seas will peak at 14 to 18 ft
later tonight...then slowly subside on thursday.
