should be prepared for abrupt drops in visibility to one nautical
mile or less. reduce speeds and be on the lookout for exposed rocks
and other vessels...and use radar or gps navigation if available.

...dense fog over the coastal waters through mid-morning...
areas of dense fog will continue over the coastal waters this morning.
visibilities will be less than one mile at times...locally below
one-quarter mile. the fog will gradually dissipate by mid morning.
mariners should prepare for abrupt changes in visibility...and use
caution while navigating to avoid exposed rocks and other vessels.
