point mugu to san mateo pt. ca including santa catalina and
anacapa islands.
* when...for the gale warning, from 9 pm this evening to 3 pm
pst tuesday. for the small craft advisory, from noon today to
9 pm pst this evening.
* impacts...strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions
which could capsize or damage small and large vessels.

kts with gusts up to 30 kt. for the gale warning, northwest
winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts to 45 kt. combined seas 10 to 15
feet across the inner waters, and up to 18 feet across the
outer waters.
* where...the coastal waters from san mateo point to the mexican
border and out 60 nm including san clemente island.
