...hazardous small craft conditions continuing through sunday

...another strong pacific storm will bring possible gale force
winds and rough seas by late sunday morning...

.winds have diminished this afternoon with gusts less than 21
kt...but combined seas will likely remain above 10 feet in most
areas...resulting in continued hazardous small craft conditions.
then...another strong pacific storm will bring the likelyhood of gale
force winds late sunday morning through monday night. winds and
seas will gradually diminish by tuesday morning.

coastal waters from san mateo point to the mexican border and out
to 30 nm-
waters from san mateo point to the mexican border extending 30 to
60 nm out including san clemente island-

...gale warning remains in effect until 4 am pst tuesday...

* winds...northwest winds 10 to 15 kt through sunday morning.
  then...increasing southerly winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 35
  kt late sunday morning...becoming southwest late sunday
  evening...west monday morning...and then northwest monday

* waves/seas...combined seas 10 to 15 feet...lowering to 8 to 13
  feet tonight. combined seas increasing again sunday to 12 to 16
  feet...with rough seas continuing through monday night.

precautionary/preparedness actions...

a gale warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. it is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
