.a trough deepening along the west coast will bring west to 
northwest winds of 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt over the outer 
waters thursday afternoon through thursday night. the winds will 
decrease early friday morning, but then increase again friday 
afternoon to 10 to 20 kt.

pdt friday.

* combined seas...4-7 ft.

precautionary/preparedness actions...

a small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
