.winds will slowly subside as strong low pressure over the
eastern great lakes continues to shift east overnight as high
pressure builds into the western great lakes. northerly gales over
the nearshore waters of lake michigan will gradually diminish
below warning levels by the early overnight hours...but the very
high waves will be slower to subside overnight. expect small craft
advisory conditions through saturday evening.
