.synopsis...as a ridge averaging 30.2 inches pushes off the east 
coast tonight, a 29.8 inch low across the lower mississippi valley
will deepen to 29.4 inches as it will move to about west virginia
by daybreak, then across central new york on monday. the deep 
storm system will then become nearly stationary in the vicinity of
the ottawa valley tuesday and wednesday.
