an area of persistent moderate to heavy rainfall across the warned
area. widespread rainfall of an inch with areas of up to two inches
of rain have fallen between 500 pm est and 1100 pm est.
additional rainfall amounts of an inch or more are possible in the

low lying areas will be subject to flooding.
be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the

flooding when water begins rising.
in hilly terrain there are many areas where water may start to flow
