sunday night...

the national weather service in new orleans has issued a small
craft advisory...which is in effect from 6 pm this evening to
6 am cst sunday.

* winds...20 to 25 knots tonight rising to 30 to 40 knots sunday
  morning.

* waves/seas...5 to 7 feet in sounds. 10 to 16 feet east of the
mississippi river. 16 to 20 feet from the mississippi river

a gale watch is issued when the risk of gale force winds of 34 to

inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
