* wind and waves: during the small craft advisory...expect
sustained winds up to 19 knots from the northeast with gusts up
to 25 knots. the largest expected significant waves will be 3
feet with a potential maximum wave height of 4 feet.
* timing: the maximum winds are expected around 8 pm edt friday
with the largest waves expected around 10 pm edt friday.
