* wind and waves: during the small craft advisory...expect
  sustained winds up to 23 knots from the west with gusts up to 30
  knots. the largest expected significant waves will be 7 feet 
  with a potential maximum wave height of 10 feet. 

* timing: the maximum winds are expected around 10 pm with the 
  largest waves expected around 3 am est wednesday.
