So, it sounds like the price for a panel to be replaced with new material is around $75. Is that correct? Is that the price charged by a sail loft like Quantum in Newport or by Wind Angel in Buxton?

Check out the Radio Shack Manta Ray. It's really fast, does wheelies, and turns really tight. I have one and it works great. They don't make it anymore but you can find it on ebay.
