In about only 30 minutes, this is what I found in the north side ditch of I-84, just west of Mosier. Most of it probably blew off the top of a car after departing Rock Creek. The bootie is probably a women's, looks like size 7. The sandal is a kid's size. Iphone is destroyed, but the Incipio case is intact. Not sure if I would trust the flotation device anymore; looks like it got ran over at least once.
Any takers?
