we have a large family with 10 WSers and we all ride JP boards (including the FSW, Super Sport, All Ride, Magic Ride and the old Excite Ride) in the Rowena area and also out east and occasionally at swell. the free style wave boards in all size ranges are plenty of fun and we tend to enjoy these when we are in any kind of swell in 82 to 102l sizes depending on weight and wind. in the Rowena chop around 20-22 knots, our go to board for the guys at 175-205 lb is a 105 or 106 JP all ride which was a little smoother and faster in the chop for all us, at all weights, with a slight dual concave, while the FSW was more playful for a little harsher ride with more rocker up front but flatter from the mast track back. they all plane off fine. Personally I didn't like the magic ride much though we own a couple for beginning planers and jibers. I found the All Ride much more enjoyable. at 150 lb you might go smaller in the all ride or FSW. This all ride I think has been replaced this year by the Super Ride but have not tried it. for hair on fire who can set the highest number on the gps, we use the 116l super sport overpowered. Been happy with the JP choices and don't use much else. rentals in other places haven't felt as good to us....

All suggestions welcome.

The next Gorge swap meet is scheduled for May 17. Watch Windance for updates on whether it will occur. That will be by far your best shot at finding good selections at excellent prices. Talk to Bart at the CGW2 trailers about choices; he knows boards like the back of his hand.

Not certain, but groups of 10 are the max, under the reduced guidelines.
