Are the weeds bad now by the way
Haven't been there in almost a week.
Water level still looks high.
I sent you(windsurferd) and email that may be related.
Through this site. Did you get it?
I bought some Makini Weed Fins with side bites for the
Dyno.
Makini guy said he could modify them to fit the Severne
Custom side fin box .
He sort of halfway did I finished the job.

His side fins are well priced and good fins.

Hmm it should be doing more by now at 7 pm.
Looks like the wind direction may have gone wacky
on the San Luis Sensor again.

Severne Dyno 115. David has a 108
Very short stubby at least for me.
230 cm length and it looks like all the new boards are like that now.
Go to there website also there a quite a few Ytube reviews.
I weigh 225 so this is no boat for me.

It's taken me awhile to make it go .
Has a lot of vee. (more than I have seen in anything else)
Good thing's about it makes chop disappear and I can take it
deeper into heavier winds than the Exocet 117 first year that
it replaces though I have to say that was an easy board to ride,
and it has more glide when not powered. Easier to do longer
drawn out jibes on the older longer boards.
I have to work harder to get it to plane it likes constant power
jibes pretty nice. Volume is mostly behind the Mast.
When doing pivot jibes I was surprised that switched around within
its own center point.
I have had to work to find the right points to step on it and it seems
I have to set my harness lines further back . Very sensitive to the center
line. And you basically sail it of the tail like the other stubby shapes.
I have tacked and duck jibed it which are about the limits of my
talents most of the time.
This is my first stubby though I have a skate freestyle and fanatic
freewave (last year before stubbys )this feels way different .
Skate is a very easy board to sail.

Gusty wind today at San Luis .
Stayed on 5.6 all day.

Severne had to reinvent the side fin box again
I don't see why and they don't sell fins.
