A close second is one who doesn't WS, but gets and encourages it.

Its a life long pursuit that my wife has endured for the last 35 years. The adventure that is windsurfing takes us to places and conditions that others avoid. We get to meet liked minded people that share the passion. I am so lucky to have a wife that backs me 100% in the sports I choose. Theses days she is happy to spent a month in South Padre or to pack me a lunch and send me off to my local lake. I got one of the good ones and it sounds like you did too.

Captured and displayed for all the world to see. Really well written, fun take on the windsurfer in all of us (Here and beyond.). My GF, who is also a writer, will enjoy reading that she has sister-in-suffering our there. Cheers.

My wife said F that years ago and will only go with me now if I rent a house on North Shore of Maui so she can sit on a protected lawn and bask in tropical paradise. Done that for about 10 years now except this year of course. The bank account barely recovers each year. I would love to hear a blog from her about only way to tag along windsurfing with a dedicated windsurf nut like me......
